Review before replacing.
Not everything expires at the same time. Not everything needs to be replaced by the calendar.
REFRESH follows the logic of both kits: for GO it may be charge, expiry or wear; for HOME it also includes water and emergency food.
Goal: keep the kit useful with less waste and fewer forgotten decisions.
